GOOD QUESTIONS

BEFORE YOU
STEP ON THE PITCH.

Do I need rugby experience?

No. Many players discover rugby after playing another sport or without a competitive sports background. We will teach you the game.

Do I need to be in great shape first?

No. Come as you are. Training consistently with the team will help build rugby-specific fitness over time.

What should I bring?

Wear comfortable athletic clothes and bring plenty of water. Cleats are helpful if you own them, but you can attend your first practice without buying special equipment.

What about dues and registration?

A club officer will explain dues, registration, and player requirements before you make any commitment.
